# Equip your cosmetics and loot

Skins, gravestones, trails and other cosmetics are equipped from the loot menu in the lobby.

1. Go to a hub.
2. Select the **loot** item in your second hotbar slot.
3. Select **LOOT**.
4. Select **Game Loot** of your choosing or **Loot by Type**.
5. Select the **Game** or **type** your item belongs to.
6. Select the item to equip it.

|| To go back to the default, select the equipped content again or go by "loot by type" and press the trashcan at the top .

## I own something but cannot find it

* Check you are in the right category. Items are sorted by type, not by when you bought them.
* If it was a gift, check the gift inventory: see Gifts & Passes stand in the hub.
* If you bought it in the last 24 hours and it has not arrived, see [Bedrock: Minecoins, bundles and the Marketplace].

| Cosmetics bought on Bedrock do not appear on Java, and the reverse is also true. The two networks have separate stores and separate inventories.
