# Java store: buying, refunds and subscriptions

Everything about the Java store in one place. 

## Buying a rank

1. Go to store.cubecraft.net and select **Java Edition**.
2. Enter your Minecraft username and select **Login**.
3. Choose your item and complete checkout.

## **I paid but received nothing**

1. **Wait 24 hours. Some banks approve transactions manually, and that delay is on their side.**
2. **After 24 hours, email** sales@cubecraft.net **with:**
* **your transaction ID, which starts with `tbx-` and is in your confirmation email,**
* **the email address you used at checkout,**
* **the date of purchase,**
* **your Minecraft username.**

## Subscriptions and renewals 🔁

||| Rank subscriptions **renew automatically** until you cancel them. Your payment method is charged again at the start of every billing period.

* We do not send a reminder before a renewal.
* Cancel **before** the renewal date if you do not want to be charged for another period.
* A renewal that has already gone through is treated as a new purchase, so the 14 day refund window below applies to it.

## **Cancelling a subscription**

**Cancel through your** [**Tebex payment history**](https://checkout.tebex.io/payment-history)**, or email** sales@cubecraft.net **with:**

* **your Minecraft username,**
* **the email address used for the purchase,**
* **your transaction ID, which starts with `tbx-` and is in your confirmation email.**

| **You keep the rank until the end of the period you have already paid for, even after cancellation. Cancelling does not refund the current period.**

## **Refunds**

**Refunds are possible within 14 days of purchase. Request one by opening the chat here or by emailing** sales@cubecraft.net **with the four details above.**

||| **Purchases older than 14 days cannot be refunded.**

**How long the money takes to arrive depends on your payment method, not on us. Card refunds are typically a few working days.**

## **A child made a purchase without permission**

**Email** sales@cubecraft.net **with the transaction ID. If you do not have it, send the Minecraft username or UUID the purchase was credited to from the email used at checkout and we will find it.**

## **Lifetime ranks**

**Lifetime ranks are no longer sold. If you own a lifetime rank you'll keep the perks without a monthly fee. Your original perks remain but are not updated, this includes but is not limited to Private Games, Pillars of Fortune, Bedwars.**

**Purchasing a subscription will not interfere with your lifetime rank. Your rank will continue to stay active along with all your previous benefits after your subscription rank expires.**

## **Multipliers & discount codes**

**Multipliers & discount codes are not currently sold, and there is no date for their return.**
