# Run a netcheck

||| Only run this when our support team asks you to. On its own the result tells you nothing useful, and we cannot interpret one that arrives without context.

A netcheck measures the route between your device and our servers. It shows where a connection is dropping, which is something we cannot see from our side.

1. Use the device that has the problem.
2. Turn off any VPN.
3. Go to [netcheck.cubecraft.net](https://netcheck.cubecraft.net) and select **Start test**.
4. Wait for it to finish, then select **Copy result link**.

5. Send the full link to support@cubecraft.net with a video showcasing and explaining the connectivity issues.
