# Skyblock: islands and profiles

## Invite a friend

1. Open your island's **profile settings** from the cog in your hotbar.
2. Select the profile you want to invite them to.
3. Send the invite.

||| Your active profile is selected by default. To invite someone to a different island, join that profile first, then invite.

## Delete a profile

1. Open the Skyblock menu and select **Profiles**.
2. Select the profile you want to remove.
3. If you are the island owner, select **Delete Profile**.

||| Deletion erases all progress on that island permanently. There is no undo and we cannot restore it.

| Only co-op profiles can be deleted. Solo islands (Profile 1) cannot currently be deleted.

## Leaving someone else's island

If you are not the owner, you can leave rather than delete. The island and everyone else's progress on it is unaffected. This follows the exact same steps as deleting a profile.

## I lost an item in the void

||| Items dropped into the void cannot be retrieved, by you or by us.

If it was needed for a main quest, you may have to restart the island to progress. If you believe the loss was caused by a bug rather than by falling, submit a bug report: see [Report a bug].
