How do I make an appeal?

If you've been muted or banned and you'd like to be unbanned, you must make an appeal. If you're not sure on how to appeal, you're reading the right article!

How to make an appeal
Go to our appeals site and click either Java or Bedrock (Depending on what network you've been punished on.).

Fill in your username and click appeal. If your username does not work - normally because you have changed your username - enter your UUID instead.

Fill in your appeal code. Your appeal code is a 4-digit code which you can find by connecting to our network while blacklisted. If your code ends with "_mco" please disregard this and only fill in the 4-digit code.

Make your appeal and click send.

Wait patiently for a staff member to review your appeal.

Were you rate limited when trying to make an appeal? Please wait an hour before attempting to appeal again.

Some extra information
The staff member can reply to your appeal, so make sure to keep an eye on it!

If your appeal has been denied, there will pop up a red box saying Denied. If you're unsure on what to do now, please read this thread.
If you're banned you can find your appeal code on the screen you get when attempting to join the server.

If you're muted you can find your appeal code in the chat you get when attempting to talk.

You can find your UUID through NameMC or similar sites.
