If you have purchased an item from the Minecraft Marketplace, you might sometimes run into the issue with maps or texture packs failing to download. This isn't a common issue, however it can still happen on occasion. Please try the steps below, as these should help you with downloading your purchased map/texture.

## Deleting World/Texture Data
The process is slightly different depending if you are trying to download a world, or a texture pack.

* Head to your Minecraft Client's main settings, and select **"Storage"** from the General category.

### If these steps don't work
If the steps above don't work, the next best thing would be to contact Minecraft's dedicated support team. You can do this by clicking [HERE](https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/requests/new).
When contacting Minecraft Support they might ask for additional information such as the content you have purchased, and the time you purchased it.
