Refunding purchases from the Bedrock Marketplace
If you have made a purchase on the CubeCraft Store or the Minecraft Marketplace, please keep in mind that all these payments go through Microsoft's in-game currency known as Minecoins. You don't purchase any items directly from us, however you purchase the coins to make the purchases on our store. If you have purchased something from our store/marketplace, and you aren't happy about the product you received, please contact Minecraft's Dedicated Support Team by clicking on this link, or by going to Microsoft support
If you have been banned from a game (Minecraft Server Network ie: CubeCraft Games) or have violated Minecraft terms of service related to the game, you are not eligible for a refund. - Minecraft Support Team (Mojang Studios)

Something not working as intended?
If you have purchased one of our ranks, bundles, texture packs or maps, and something isn't working, please let us know by creating a bug report. You can find a guide HERE. We want to make sure our players get the best experience possible. If something is broken for one person, it will be broken for everyone. The quicker this is reported the faster we can get a fix out.
Refunding purchases on our Java Network
You can request a refund by getting in touch with our support team. The best way to request this is by opening the chatbox on the bottom right and sending "refund".When can I get a refund?
Your purchase needs to have been completed in the last 14 days (two weeks).
If your purchase was completed earlier than that, we might be unable to offer you a refund.
How long does it take to get my refund?
The time it takes to get the refund highly depends on the payment method used during the purchase.
For example, on credit or debit cards the refund usually takes less than 7 days to show up on your card or account statement.
To cover for all payment methods, we advise to wait at least 14 days for the refund to settle. If you have not received the refund after that time, please get in touch with us again.
