Refunds (Java Store)

You can request a refund by getting in touch with our support team. The best way to request this is by opening the chatbox on the bottom right and sending "refund".

When can I get a refund?


Your purchase needs to have been completed in the last 14 days (two weeks).
If your purchase was completed earlier than that, we might be unable to offer you a refund.

How long does it take to get my refund?


The time it takes to get the refund highly depends on the payment method used during the purchase.
For example, on credit or debit cards the refund usually takes less than 7 days to show up on your card or account statement.
To cover for all payment methods, we advise to wait at least 14 days for the refund to settle. If you have not received the refund after that time, please get in touch with us again.

How can I get a refund?


Please contact our Support team by email (sales@cubecraft.net) or chat. Make sure to include your transaction ID in your message and briefly explain why you are requesting a refund. Please read THIS article if you need help finding your transaction ID.

What is a chargeback?



A chargeback is a dispute made with your bank or card when there is an unauthorized or fraudulent transaction. We advise that you contact us and not perform a chargeback. Please note that a chargeback will result in a ban and potentially prevent you from purchasing items from other servers that use Tebex.
