You will receive an email from noreply@tebex.io which you will need in order to get your purchase. In this email you will find a Transaction ID (which is located here:)

If you have not received an email from noreply@tebex.io you may use the transaction ID sent by mailer@xsolla.com instead of the Tebex one. You can find it here:

You had to fill this in when you clicked Java Edition.

Date of purchase
You only need a date, no time. If you're unsure on what date you purchased your item, you can check this in your email.+
