We're sorry to hear you're having issues with a purchase!

Please follow this article if you purchased your item over 24 hours ago from our Java store and the money did transfer from your account to us. If your transaction was made within the last 24 hours, please wait; some banks must manually approve transactions which can take up to 24 hours.

If you're having issues transferring/paying the money, please contact Xsolla's Customer Support. They will be able to fix the issue for you directly.

If purchased your item over 24 hours ago and the money did transfer from your account to us, please send an email to sales@cubecraft.net and include your:
Transaction ID
Your Minecraft username
Email entered at checkout
Date of purchase

If you bought something for our Bedrock server and have not received it, please contact Minecraft support HERE.

Transaction ID
You will receive an email from noreply@tebex.io which you will need in order for us to retrieve your purchase. In this email you will find a Transaction ID (which is located here:)

If you have not received an email from noreply@tebex.io you may use the transaction ID sent by mailer@xsolla.com instead of the Tebex one. You can find it here:

Minecraft Username
You had to fill this in when you clicked Java Edition.


You can also find this in the email.


Make sure you spelled your username correctly. If you entered the wrong username, we would be more than happy to correct it for you.

Email entered at checkout
You filled this in when also filling in your other credentials.


Date of purchase
You only need a date, no time. If you're unsure on what date you purchased your item, you can check this in your email.+
