When you checkout with PayPal, your account will require to have a card attached to it.

PayPal requires this in their systems to allow you to checkout. Unfortunately this cannot be changed by us or Tebex.

PayPal might be doing this for several reasons, including anti-fraud, extra verification or in case of a recurring transaction (such as a Plus subscription), to make sure you have a payment source that can be billed to, in case your balance runs low.

If there is no way for you to add a card to your PayPal account, you can attempt to contact Tebex Checkout support, unfortunately we cannot guarantee they will allow this. You can do so by emailing checkout-support@tebex.io and explaining the reason you are having issues making payment.
