Run a netcheck

Only run this when our support team asks you to. On its own the result tells you nothing useful, and we cannot interpret one that arrives without context.


A netcheck measures the route between your device and our servers. It shows where a connection is dropping, which is something we cannot see from our side.


  1. Use the device that has the problem.
  2. Turn off any VPN.
  3. Go to netcheck.cubecraft.net and select Start test.
  4. Wait for it to finish, then select Copy result link.



  1. Send the full link to support@cubecraft.net with a video showcasing and explaining the connectivity issues.


A link without any video will not be accepted.
