The resource pack won't download

Our games send a custom resource pack. When it fails you will see missing textures, blank menus, or a download error on join.

Try these in order

  1. Check you have free space. The pack cannot install on a full device.
  2. Clear the stored packs. On Bedrock, open Minecraft Settings, then Storage, and clear all cached CubeCraft resource packs. Rejoin and let the pack download fresh.

Resetting your Minecraft cache

  1. Check packs are allowed. On Java, the server entry needs Server Resource Packs set to Enabled.

Enable Server Resource Packs

  1. Restart the game and rejoin.
  2. Try a different connection. School, work and some mobile networks throttle large downloads.

If it still fails, run a netcheck and send us the link. See [Run a netcheck xxx].
