It's great that you want to help out the server by reporting rulebreakers! Here's a guide on how to create a report on the report site (Java Edition).
Go to reports.cubecraft.net, our website for player and bug reports.
Before you can report someone, you'll need an account on the report website. If you don't know how to create an account on there, you should first read THIS article.
After you made your report account, you need to click on the + New player report.
Now, you'll need to specify why you are reporting the player. Please select the most correct reason from the options available.
Evidence against rulebreaker(s). Don't forget that for the offences that are listed below, we require video evidence instead of screenshots.
Use of illegal clients
Teaming
Exploiting/Bug Abuse
Trolling/Camping/Griefing
Bounty/Kill farming
For all other offences, a screenshot showing (all 4 corners) or a YouTube video is enough. If you have a YouTube video as evidence, please also mention the precise seconds.
The next thing that you will have to do is inserting the name of the rulebreaker(s). Please make sure you that spell the player name(s) correctly.
If you have anything extra to add to the player report, you can add that in the extra information box. You are not required to do this.
After you've done all this, you can now click on the Submit report button.
Once you've submitted a player report, it will be looked in by the team as quickly as they can get to it.
Your report will receive a certain status:
Open: This means that your report hasn't been reviewed by a team member yet and that they will look into it as soon as possible.
Handled: This means that your report has been accepted and that the rulebreaker has been punished accordingly.
Closed: This means that we could not accept your report, either because it was incorrect, not convincing or because the player was already punished.
Team members will give you feedback on every report that you submit. To see the feedback, simply press the username of the player you reported.
Now you've successfully made a player report! Well done and thanks a lot for helping us! We really appreciate it :)
