When can I get a refund?

Your purchase needs to have been completed in the last 14 days (two weeks).

If your purchase was completed earlier than that, we might be unable to offer you a refund.

Non-refundable payment methods

Certain payment methods, like Mobile Payments or PaySafe, may not allow us to issue a refund directly.

In cases like these our payment processor, Xsolla, can put the money in a virtual account. These accounts allow you to spend that amount on other purchases that use Xsolla as their payment processor.

Credit and Debit Card transactions

If you requested a refund for a payment made on a credit or debit card, the refund will be issued directly to the card used to do the initial purchase.

When the refund completes, you will see this as a positive balance on your card or account statement.

How long does it take to get my refund?

The time it takes to get the refund highly depends on the payment method used during the purchase.

For example, on credit or debit cards the refund usually takes less than 7 days to show up on your card or account statement.

To cover for all payment methods, we advise to wait at least 14 days for the refund to settle, if you have not received the refund after that time, please get in touch with us again.
