Resource Pack Issues

We're sorry to hear that you've been experiencing issues when downloading our resource pack. Please follow the instructions listed below as these might help to resolve the problems you have been experiencing.

Open up Minecraft Settings Menu


Scroll down and tap/click on "Storage"


Open up "Cached Data", and start deleting any resource packs created by CubeCraft Games.


Re-join the CubeCraft Games network, and wait for the resource pack to download.

If the issues still occur when this process has been completed, we kindly ask you to create a ticket with Minecraft's support team and make them aware of the issue. It is currently known that multiple featured servers have been experiencing the same issues when it comes to downloading resource packs.
