What is a Data Deletion Request?

Under Article 17 of the UK GDPR individuals have the right to have personal data erased. This is also known as the ‘right to be forgotten’. The right is not absolute and only applies in certain circumstances. What information is deleted?

NOTE: Any data regarding punishments on our network is NOT deleted
These requests will delete all data we hold on you, including:

Your Forum account data and profile
Your Passport account and all data included within your Passport account
Any ranks asssociated with your linked accounts
Any in-game stats associated with your linked accounts

How can I request for my data to be deleted?

Before you apply for a Data Deletion Request, please make sure that you have a Passport account linked up with your Minecraft username/GamerTag. If you still wish for us to delete your data, please send an email to support@cubecraft.net letting them know you want your data deleted.

Once you have requested for your data to be deleted we will aim to clear all data listed above within approximately 30 days of receiving the request.
