My Marketplace Map/Texture isn't downloading
If you have purchased an item from the Minecraft Marketplace, you might sometimes run into the issue with maps or texture packs failing to download. This isn't a common issue, however it can still happen on occasion. Please try the steps below, as these should help you with downloading your purchased map/texture.
The process is slightly different depending if you are trying to download a world, or a texture pack.
Head to your Minecraft Client's main settings, and select "Storage" from the General category.
Select on the "Resource Packs" option and scroll to the resource pack you are trying to download.
Press the bin (trash can) icon to delete the resource pack and any of it's data, then head back to the Minecraft Marketplace and redownload.
Select on the "Worlds" option and scroll to the world you are trying to download. For Marketplace maps you might also have a "World Templates" option.
Press the bin (trash can) icon to delete the world and any of it's data, then head back to the Minecraft Marketplace and redownload the map.
If the steps above don't work, the next best thing would be to contact Minecraft's dedicated support team. You can do this by clicking HERE.
When contacting Minecraft Support they might ask for additional information such as the content you have purchased, and the time you purchased it.
