Refunds (Minecraft Marketplace)
How can I get a refund for a Marketplace Map/Bundle/Rank?
If you have made a purchase on the CubeCraft Store or the Minecraft Marketplace, please keep in mind that all these payments go through Microsoft's in-game currency known as Minecoins. You don't purchase any items directly from us, however you purchase the coins to make the purchases on our store. If you have purchased something from our store/marketplace, and you aren't happy about the product you received, please contact Minecraft's Dedicated Support Team by clicking on this link, or by going to https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/requests/new
REFUNDS FOR MINECOIN OR TOKEN PURCHASES
If you have been banned from a game (Minecraft Server Network ie: CubeCraft Games) or have violated Minecraft terms of service related to the game, you are not eligible for a refund. - Minecraft Support Team (Mojang Studios)

Something not working as intended?
If you have purchased one of our ranks, bundles, texture packs or maps, and something isn't working, please let us know via our email address sales@cubecraft.net so we can quickly resolve this. We want to make sure our players get the best experience possible. If something is broken for one person, it will be broken for everyone. The quicker this is reported the faster we can get a fix out.
