Appeals and punishments: FAQ's
Appeals
How are appeals reviewed?
Every team member has their own way of responding to and handling the appeals that they receive. Some factors that may be considered are the severity of the punishment, when the punishment was given, the number of past punishments and what they were for, along with the quality of the appeal; however, every team member will ultimately consider whether or not you're likely to break the rules again in the future and if you deserve another chance.
If you disagree with the outcome of your appeal, you can contact the team member who handled the appeal, see [xxx].
How do I check my appeal status?
Three ways:
- Go to the appeals site and enter your username.
- Try to join the server. If you are in, the ban is lifted.
- Try to chat. If it sends, the mute is lifted.
Can I appeal somewhere else?
Submitting several appeals using different platforms does not help. The only platform to appeal on is appeals.cubecraft.net. If your appeal was denied and you think the decision was wrong, contact the team member who handled it instead. See [Contact the team].
When can I re-appeal?
Once an appeal is denied and discussed it cannot be appealedanymore and you'll need to wait out your punishment.
Punishments
How long is a punishment?
Lengths vary by rule. Additionally, punishment tracks are not publicly available as this is dependent on the severity. Respect the rules instead of weighing your odds.

What is the difference between a warning, a ban and a mute?
A warning means we found a violation but did not restrict your account. Breaking the same rule again may result in a ban or mute.
If your account has been banned, then you will not be able to access our server anymore until the ban is lifted or expires.
If your account has been muted, you will not be able to talk in the server until the mute is lifted or expires.
- Both a ban and mute are appealed the same way.
What happens if I play on another account?
