Report a player

Read the reporting guidelines before you start. Reports that do not follow them are denied.Reporting is for rule-breaking. If something has made you feel unsafe, see [Staying safe on CubeCraft xxx].

Reviewed?

Only if a moderator is online

Always

In game

  1. Type /report <playername> or /sr <playername>
  2. Choose the reason that fits best.
  3. Submit.

If several of you saw the same thing, use /sr <playername> instead. Sentinel reports need multiple independent reports before they trigger a review, so a group of players reporting together carries more weight than one report each.

Evidence

Video evidence can not be edited in any way, this includes slowing down oradding text to it.

Video evidence is required for:

  • illegal clients,
  • teaming,
  • exploiting and bug abuse,
  • trolling,
  • camping and griefing, and
  • bounty or kill farming.
A screenshot is not enough for any of these.

For everything else, a screenshot showing all four corners of your screen is enough.

Open

Handled

Accepted. The player has been punished

Closed

Not accepted: incorrect, unconvincing, or the player was already punished

Every report gets feedback.

  • Java: Select the reported player's name to read it.
  • Bedrock: Select the report thread and read the reply on the bottom.

We do not tell you what punishment the other player received. That is their data, not yours.

To discuss how a report was handled, message the team member directly: see [Contact the team xxx].
