I've been punished. Start here.

Do not try to join on another account while punished. Bypassing extends your punishment, and all associated accounts will be punished too.

"You are banned"

You cannot join. The screen shows the reason, the length, the appeals website, and your appeal code.

"You are muted"

You can play but cannot chat. Mutes are appealed exactly like bans.

"You are blocked" with a code starting with C or V

This is not a punishment on your account. Your IP address cannot reach the server, usually because a different account on the same connection is punished.

It is automatic and cannot be appealed, shortened or lifted by anyone on the team.

Our anti-cheat issued this one. It can still be appealed, and the process has an extra step if the first appeal is denied.

I received a warning

A warning means we found a rule violation but did not restrict your account. The reason is shown alongside it, and it appears each time you log in for the next thirty days.

Nothing is required of you. Repeating the same behaviour will lead into a punishment. Appealing a warning is not possible.

Someone else used my account

Secure the account before you appeal.
