Appeals sent by email or live chat cannot be processed. They have to go through the appeals site, which is the only place the moderation team sees them.

Discord

Our Discord is the fastest route for general questions. Use the language buttons in #team-help to reach team members who speak your language natively, due to being forwarded to a smaller group of moderators respond times may be longer.

Messaging a specific team member

Useful when you want clarity on a closed report or a denied appeal. You need a passport account, see [passport] on how to create one.

To be changed to be more in line with [using the forums]

Open the team member list or go to their reply.
Select their name.
Select Start conversation.
If the button does not show up it means you're not logged in, see [passport].
Give it a clear subject, and explain what you are asking about with dates.
Disable (default) "Lock conversation" and start the conversation.

Message the person who handled your case, not whoever is online. Anyone else will only be able to tell you to contact them.

What to include, whichever route you use

  • Your Minecraft username/gamertag,
  • Your Platform,
  • A link to the relevant report,
  • Explanation why you're reaching out.
