Performing a Netcheck

Please only follow the instructions on this page when asked to by our Support Team


  1. Use the device you're encountering the connectivity issue on and disable any VPN.
  2. Visit https://netcheck.cubecraft.net/ and press "Start test".


  1. Wait for the test to finish, once finished press "Copy result link".
  2. Send the full link to support@cubecraft.net by clicking here.
  3. Edit the subject of the mail to include your gamertag/username and add content showcasing the issue you're experiencing.


Do not share this link with anyone other than support@cubecraft.net as this includes sensitive information such as the location you're connecting from.
